1. Who the app is for
The app is a business tool. It is not directed at children. Access requires a shop-issued mobile username enabled by the shop administrator.
2. Data we process
- Account: client code, username, authentication token.
- Shop catalog snapshots: customers, products, stock quantities, outstanding and ledger excerpts pushed by the shop’s ServiceHost.
- User-entered transactions: sales orders and collection amounts (optionally linked to pending bills), stored on the device and synced to the shop’s PharmaTrade sync API.
The phone does not connect directly to the shop’s PostgreSQL database.
3. Why we process data
To authenticate field users, enable offline order/collection capture, and synchronise with the licensed shop system.
5. Security
Traffic uses HTTPS. Local SQLite caches are limited to the signed-in user scope on the device.
6. Retention & deletion
Shop administrators control mobile access and can disable users. Uninstalling the app removes on-device caches. For deletion of server-side sync records, contact the shop administrator or vipul@pratikshasoftware.com.
